DeployPoint.ai Free AI Agent Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Participants must meet the following eligibility requirements to enter the giveaway. The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of any country worldwide and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or restricted. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of DeployPoint.ai (the “Sponsor”) or its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. By entering, each participant warrants that they meet these eligibility criteria.

Age: Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Residency: Open worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

Ineligible Persons: Employees, officers, directors, or agents of DeployPoint.ai (and its affiliates) and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter.

Compliance: Participants must comply with all eligibility requirements. Any entry submitted by a person who does not meet these requirements will be disqualified.

Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, individuals must complete and submit the official contest entry form available at https://deploypoint.ai/contest. Entrants must provide their full name, contact phone number, a valid email address, and a brief description (up to three tasks) of the work they would like the AI agent to perform. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. By submitting an entry, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and certify that their entry and information are complete and accurate. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupt, or do not follow instructions will be void. Only one entry per person is allowed, and any attempt to enter multiple times under different names or aliases is prohibited.

Required Information: Full name, phone number, email address, and a description (up to three tasks) of what the entrant’s custom AI agent should do.

One Entry: Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or mass entries are not allowed and will result in disqualification.

Accuracy: All information must be truthful and accurate. Falsification of any information (such as age or residency) will void the entry.

Agreement: By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Prize Details

The winner will receive a fully built custom AI agent from DeployPoint.ai, tailored to the winner’s specified tasks. The prize has an approximate retail value of at least $3000 USD. The prize is awarded “as is,” and DeployPoint.ai makes no warranties of any kind concerning the prize. The prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted, except that DeployPoint.ai reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize cannot be delivered as described. No cash alternative or other prize will be offered. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, duties, or fees on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize: One custom-built AI agent (service) from DeployPoint.ai, as per the winner’s requested tasks.

Value: Approximately $3000 or more (USD).

Non-Transferable: Prize is personal to the winner and may not be transferred to another person.

No Cash Redemption: Prize has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded if necessary.

Taxes and Fees: The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, fees, or other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize. DeployPoint.ai will not withhold any taxes on behalf of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by an independent third-party. The drawing is expected to occur on or about January 3, 2026, after the contest closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or telephone using the information provided on the entry form, within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification and correctly answer the skill-testing question (see below) within the specified time period to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails the skill-testing requirement, that person will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. DeployPoint.ai reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and to award the prize only to a verified winner.

Selection Method: Random drawing by an independent third party from all eligible entries.
Notification: Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. DeployPoint.ai will attempt up to three contacts. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.

Verification: Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, publicity and liability release, and/or answer the skill-testing question. Failure to provide requested documents or answer the question correctly will void the win.

Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is not claimed within the time frame, an alternate winner may be drawn in the same manner. The decision of DeployPoint.ai (and the third-party administrator) is final on all matters relating to winner selection.

Public Announcement: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the publication of their first name, last initial, and city for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway.

Skill-Testing Requirement

In compliance with applicable law (including Canadian law where DeployPoint.ai is based), the selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded. The question will consist of a mathematical problem (with at least three operations) and must be answered without the use of calculators, computers, or other assistance. The winner must submit the correct answer in writing (e.g., on a prize claim form) under penalty of disqualification. If the winner fails to answer correctly after a reasonable number of attempts, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Question Format: A mathematical problem involving at least three operations (for example, combinations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

No Assistance: The question must be answered unaided. The use of calculators or other persons’ help is not allowed.

Correct Answer Required: The potential winner must correctly answer the question. If the answer is incorrect, the potential winner will be disqualified.

Legal Requirement: The skill-testing question is included to satisfy contest regulations (for example, to comply with the Canadian Criminal Code) and avoid classifying the giveaway as an illegal lottery.

Data Collection and Privacy

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes of administering the giveaway. DeployPoint.ai will collect the entrant’s name, phone number, email address, and described tasks from the entry form. This information will be used to verify eligibility, conduct the random drawing, notify the winner, and fulfill the prize. DeployPoint.ai and its service providers will handle this data in accordance with DeployPoint.ai’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, DeployPoint.ai may use the winner’s email address and testimonial for marketing communications unless the winner opts out.

Information Collected: Name, email address, phone number, and tasks descriptions as entered on the contest form.

Use of Information: To administer the giveaway (e.g. verify eligibility, select and notify the winner, deliver the prize) and, if the winner consents, for marketing purposes (such as publishing a testimonial).

Privacy Policy: DeployPoint.ai’s handling of personal information complies with Canadian privacy laws (e.g. PIPEDA) and relevant regulations. Entrants may review the full Privacy Policy on the DeployPoint.ai website.

No Sale of Data: Personal data from this giveaway will not be sold to other companies.

By Entering: Entrants consent to receiving communications regarding the giveaway and permit DeployPoint.ai to contact them using the information provided.

Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights

All intellectual property rights in the content of an entry (including the submitted tasks description and any creative materials) belong to the entrant. By entering, participants grant DeployPoint.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their submitted content solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and for promotional purposes (e.g. marketing materials or case studies). DeployPoint.ai shall not be liable for any third-party claims related to independently developed ideas or work. Entrants represent and warrant that their submission is original and does not infringe on any third party’s rights.

If selected as the winner, the participant agrees to allow DeployPoint.ai to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photo (if any), and statements about the prize for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. For example, DeployPoint.ai may feature the winner’s first name, last initial, and testimonial about the AI agent on its website, social media, or other marketing channels. The winner may be asked to sign a publicity release to confirm this permission.

Ownership of Submission: Entrant retains all IP rights to their entry, including the list of tasks described.

Entry License: By submitting, entrant grants DeployPoint.ai permission to use the entry for contest administration and marketing.

Prize IP: DeployPoint.ai retains all intellectual property rights in the AI agent prize (including any software code, designs, or models). The winner is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered AI agent for its intended purpose.

Publicity: Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and testimonial for advertising and promotional purposes without additional payment.

Third-Party Rights: Entrants affirm that their entry does not violate any third-party rights. Entrant agrees to indemnify DeployPoint.ai against any claims that the entry infringes another’s rights.

Liability Limitations

BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS DEPLOYPOINT.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSON, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE PRIZE. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions or failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software. DeployPoint.ai makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning the prize, and the prize is provided “as is” without any warranty (express or implied) of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The maximum liability of DeployPoint.ai for any claim related to this giveaway shall not exceed the fair market value of the prize.

DeployPoint.ai reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process, to prevent any form of fraud, to cancel or modify the giveaway if it becomes corrupted or otherwise impaired by technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control. In such event, DeployPoint.ai may award the prize to a new winner selected from the remaining eligible entries, or cancel the contest without award, as determined appropriate.

Release of Liability: Entrants release DeployPoint.ai and related parties from any claims or liability arising from or related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

No Warranties: Prize is provided “as is” with no warranty. DeployPoint.ai disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: DeployPoint.ai’s liability is limited to the value of the prize. In no event will DeployPoint.ai be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Conduct: Any attempt to interfere with or undermine the giveaway will be grounds for disqualification and may be prosecuted.

Force Majeure: DeployPoint.ai may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary due to events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, technical failures, or legal restrictions).

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The giveaway is intended to comply with all applicable laws; if any part of these rules is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. The giveaway is void in any jurisdiction where its terms would violate local law.

Applicable Law: Ontario (Canada) law governs the giveaway and these terms.

Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Void Where Prohibited: The giveaway and these terms are null in jurisdictions where prohibited by law. Any required mandatory disclosures (for example, requirements for certain U.S. states or other countries) shall be included if necessary.
